LYONS, WAYNE COUNTY -- A Newark man is accused of sexually abusing a girl he met on a social networking site.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Luis R. Fuesntes, 31, was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a girl he had met online.
Deputies say they arrested Fuesntes after investigating a complaint from a girl who had met Fuesntes on a social network site called Moco Space.
Police say the girl met Fuesntes online and the two decided to meet in person. Following their meeting, the girl took Fuesntes to her home.
Deputies say that while Fuesntes was at the girl’s home, he allegedly subjected her to unwanted sexual contact which caused her physical injury.
Deputies charged Fuesntes with aggravated sexual abuse and forcible touching. He was arraigned in the Arcadia Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
Further court processes will be scheduled for the near future.
