VICTOR, ONTARIO CO. -- A Victor man is accused of choking his brother over $20.
State police say 24-year-old Keith Martinez, of St. John's Parkway, asked his brother for the $20 he owed him. Police say Martinez then went into his brother's bedroom and took a video game to hold until he got repaid.
Police say Martinez then got in his brother's face and put his hands around his neck, pushing him up against the refrigerator until his brother had trouble breathing.
Martinez is charged with harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail.
