OSWEGO CO. -- An Oswego County man will spend the next six decades in prison for using children to make pornographic videos that he shared online.
37-year-old Cory Ketcham was sentenced in federal court Monday to 60 years in federal prison.
Back in March, he pleaded guilty to three counts of producing child pornography, using a child on multiple occasions. Ketcham admits he sexually abused an 8-year-old girl beginning in 2004 and continuing through around 2010.
When state police and the secret service searched his home, they say they found images of the child being abused along with 1,297 video files and 6,713 image files containing child pornography obtained from the Internet. Prosecutors say they included depictions of prepubescent children and sadistic or masochistic conduct and other violence.
As part of his sentence, Ketcham will be placed on supervised release for the rest of his life upon release from prison and will be required to register as a sex offender.
