ROCHESTER -- Two children have been found safe after police in Rochester issued an Amber Alert.
Investigators say two children, one year old Darius Lee and three year old Jeremiah Baker, were abucted Tuesday morning
Police had suspected the two boys were taken by 25 year old Kenneth Smith. Smith is described as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes. Smith is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has burn scars on an upper arm.
Investigators say Smith is not related to the children. They say he got into a physical fight with the boys' mother, then abducted them. Smith has a prior criminal record and an active warrant for his arrest.
