WILLIAMSTOWN, OWSEGO CO. -- A third person has been arrested following an investigation into a meth lab on CC Road in the Town of Williamstown.

20-year-old Nicholas R. Olin of Williamstown was arrested Wednesday for unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine.

Olin was arraigned at the Town of Scriba Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear before Town of Williamstown Court in December.

Prior to Olin’s arrest, both 25-year-old Robert Christensen and 20-year-old Breanna Ouderkirk were arrested under similar charges in the same case.

The arrests all stem from an investigation into a meth lab at a home at 581 CC Road in the Town of Williamstown that started back in October.
