SYRACUSE -- A man who was beat up over the weekend has passed away.
Syracuse Police say 19-year-old Geoffrey Scott III was pronounced dead Monday afternoon. He has been on life support since he was found unconscious in the 100 block of Wood Avenue, north of Colvin Street, Saturday afternoon. Officers say Scott had been in a fight with multiple people.
