Cortland County Sheriff's deputies say 42-year-old Jason Prentice, of 90 Greenbush Street, was driving drunk with a child younger than 15 in his car on November 25 on State Route 11 in the Town of Cortlandville.

He's charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child younger than 15 years of age, DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher and endangering the welfare of a child. He's also accused of refusing to take a breath screening test.
