LEWISTON, MAINE (AP) -- The Maine man who has accused a former Syracuse University basketball coach of sexual assault and has himself been charged with child abuse offenses has been arrested for allegedly violating bail conditions.

Lewiston police tell the Sun Journal they arrested 23-year-old Zachary Tomaselli on Tuesday afternoon, a day after receiving a tip that he had given a car ride to a minor in violation of bail conditions.

Tomaselli cannot have contact with anyone under 18, except for incidental contact at work.

Tomaselli has accused former Syracuse assistant coach Bernie Fine of molestation in 2002 when he was 13. Tomaselli has said he is working on a plea deal in connection with charges that he sexually abused a Maine boy and expects to serve jail time.

Fine denies the allegations.
