Local man charged with unlawful imprisonment

FAYETTE -- A local man has been charged with harassment and unlawful imprisonment after a domestic dispute in the town of Fayette.

Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say 28-year-old Charles E. Henry Jr., would not allow a victim to leave their home during the incident.

Henry was arraigned in town of Fayette court and is scheduled to reappear on Wednesday to answer to the charges.

The suspect was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, $5,000 secured bond.
