Deputies say he missed curve, went into ditch

A Rome man faces DWI charges after crashing, in Trenton, early Sunday morning

After an early morning crash, Oneida Sheriff's Deputies have charged David Wilczak, 43, from Mustang Road in Rome, with DWI and going too fast on a curve.  They say that just after midnight Sunday morning, Wilczak went off the Trenton Road at the Powell Road intersection and crashed into a ditch. 

Wilczak had a blood alcohol level of more than .08%, according to deputies, and will answer to the charges in Town of Trenton court.
