MARATHON -- A Marathon man is accused of driving a snowmobile drunk.
State police charged 23-year-old Nicholas Byron with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated with a BAC result of .14 percent, unregistered snowmobile, no tail lamp on a snowmobile and operating a snowmobile on a public highway.
Police pulled Byron over on his snowmobile on West Main Street in Marathon on January 15.
He was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in court on February 1.
