LODI, SENECA CO. -- A Lodi man is accused of choking a young girl and punching another one, then spitting in her face.

Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say 37-year-old Timothy Knapp choked the 7-year-old girl and picked her up by the neck. He is also accused of punching an 11-year-old girl in the chest and then repeatedly spitting in her face.

Investigators say Knapp exposed the 7-year-old, 11-year-old and a 2-year-old to numerous other domestic violence incidents.

He is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and endangering the welfare of a child.

In a separate incident, Knapp is accused of hitting a 13-year-old child and having her drive Knapp around in a car.

On the latest charges, Knapp was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 secured bond. He is due back in court on February 16.
