ONONDAGA COUNTY -- Two Onondaga County Sheriff's dDeputies are accused of compromising a jury.

The Onondaga County District Attorney's office tells CNY Central that Jail Deputy Thomas Carver and Deputy Benjamin St. Andrew were arrested Wednesday.

The deputies are accused of computer trespass, which is a felony. Investigators say they gave a defendant in a recent case information about jurors. The District Attorney's office says that defendant is Stanley Lostumbo. He was sentenced earlier this month to five to ten years in prison. Prosecutors say he stole a dump truck, lead police on a chase, and even drove the truck straight at officers.

The deputies allegedly got the information about the jurors after the verdict, but before the sentencing.

The two deputies were issued an appearance ticket for Syracuse City Court on Tuesday, January 31st.
