OSWEGO -- A drug bust leads to the arrest of an Oswego man as authorities seize drugs, guns and cash.
50-year-old Roy Lovine Sr., of 36 West Fourth Street, upper apartment, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Oswego police searched Lovine Sr.'s home and say they found a Mossberg .22 caliber rifle, $1,257 in cash, a custom .44 caliber black powder handgun, prescription medications in unmarked pill bottles, a small quantity of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Lovine was arraigned in Oswego City Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court.
