A man from Watertown and a woman from Theresa are charged with manufacturing meth
A man and woman arrested in Ilion (east of Utica) are back in Watertown facing charges of manufacturing methanphetamine.
State Police say 27 year old Hugh Broadbent the Third, from Orchard Street in Watertown, and 29 year old Andrea Lynch, from Theresa, were caught in Ilion after reportedly stealing a vehicle in Indian Lake, in the Adirondacks. She is also wanted on federal mail fraud charges.
