TRENTON, ONEIDA CO. -- A Holland Patent man is in trouble with the law again.

24-year-old Eric Nelson is charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony.

It stems from a month-long investigation by Oneida County Sheriff's deputies. Investigators say Nelson had a stolen credit card that was taken on January 1 in the Town of Trenton. He was sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. More charges are pending.

Nelson was out on bail in Herkimer County where he was charged with burglary on February 9. He is charged with breaking into a Town of Russia home in January and with burglarizing the Cold Brook American Legion last September.
