HOMER, CORTLAND COUNTY -- Crisis Teams will be at Homer High School following the death of a ninth grader.
A message on the district website posted by the Superintendent Nancy Ruscio said the Administrative Team and High School Crisis Team met Monday night and will meet again early Tuesday morning
“As a school community, we are deeply saddened by this event and our prayers go out to the family involved,” Ruscio wrote on the district’s website.
The distict tweeted the message as well.
Details surrounding the death were not immediately available.
We reached out to Ruscio for additional information surrounding the death, but she said she did not know anything further at this time.
