OVID, SENECA CO. -- An Ovid man is accused of having sex with an underage girl.
Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say 23-year-old Nicholas Stultz, of 2246 Co. Rd. 139, had sexual relations with a girl younger than 17.
He is charged with sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Stultz was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 secured bond.
He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Ovid Court on April 17.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
