UTICA -- A Utica man is accused of cloning someone's credit card to make unauthorized purchases.

Utica police say 22-year-old Eric Adu, of Whitesboro Street, cloned the credit card information of a customer at a local grocery store and later made the unauthorized purchases.

He is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and falsifying business records, both felonies.
