Raising the Donate Life flag

SYRACUSE -- A special ceremony was held Monday morning to mark Organ Donor Awareness month.
The Donate Life flag was raised at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, along with speeches from hospital and organ donation officials. Afterwards, donor family quilts and slide shows were on display during a special reception.
In February, CNY Central helped spread the message about organ donation, with our series called Legacy of Life, including sharing stories and providing experts to answer your questions.
