VIENNA, ONEIDA COUNTY -- An Oneida County woman is dead following a car crash.
It happened Tuesday around 3:35 p.m. along State Route 13 in the Town of Vienna.
Theresa Frye, 71, of Blossvale, was driving westbound on Mill Pond Way when she tried to turn south onto State Route 13, according to New York State Police.
Investigators say Frye did not see an oncoming Mack flatbed truck and was hit. She was died at the scene.
The investigation into the crash continues, but it appears no criminal charges will be filed, according to police.
