ITHACA --

Police have identified and released the names of the four victims in Sunday’s deadly crash in Ithaca.

Police say Prince Griffith, 21, Dominique Slaughter-Smith, 20, Rakim D. Slaughter, 24, and Isiah Mack, 19, were involved in a fatal crash in Ithaca Sunday. Two of the victims died from injuries sustained in the crash.

The crash happened early Sunday morning on Route 13 at Cascadilla Street when the driver allegedly swerved out of control and crashed into a power pole.

Griffith, of Ithaca, and Slaughter-Smith, of Fairburn, Georgia, died from injuries sustained in the crash.

Two other victims were injured. Slaughter, of Ithaca, remains in critical condition. Mack, from Brooklyn, was released from the hospital.

Police say the cause of the crash is still under investigation but the speed of the vehicle was a factor in the crash.
