DEWITT -- An investigation is underway after an overnight rollover crash in DeWitt sent three people to the hospital with injuries.
23-year-old Nelson Andrew Hall, of Clay, is in critical condition. 21-year-old Jozef T. Tesiorowski, of Clay, is in stable condition. 23-year-old Sean M. Scoggins of Brewerton is in stable condition.
Onondaga County 911 says a call came in around 3:20 Tuesday morning for a one-car motor vehicle accident on Interstate 481 northbound, about a half mile north of Jamesville Road.
DeWitt Police say a car carrying three people rolled over, and Hall was ejected. He is in critical condition at a local hospital with head trauma.
The two other occupants suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police say one of them was able to flag down a passing car and call for help.
Police say the vehicle is registered to Karen Hall of Trastevere Rd, Clay.
The right lane of I-481 north was closed for over six hours between Jamesville Road and the Fayetteville exit (East Genesee Street) while rescue crews cleared the scene. All lanes are now back open.
The investigation is ongoing and police say they will not release further information until the investigation is complete.
