PULASKI -- A Pulaski teenager is accused of stealing a car and driving drunk in it.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies pulled over 19-year-old Quintin Briglin, of 4992 N. Jefferson Street, around 4:50 a.m. Saturday. They say he was driving a stolen 2000 Mercury Mountaineer on SR 104 in Oswego. Deputies say Briglin stole the car from the driveway of a Mexico home. They say he also took a GPS device from another car.

He is charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 of one percent or more of alcohol, criminal possession of stolen property and grand larceny.

Briglin was arraigned in Oswego City Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bail bond.
