URBANA, NY (AP) -- State police say a man has been killed in a farming accident in a rural Finger Lakes town.
They say 51-year-old Daniel Martin Sr. of Bath was operating a tractor when it overturned and pinned him at about 6:30 p.m. Monday.
The accident happened at Keuka Lake Vineyards in the town of Urbana, 50 miles south of Rochester.
Martin was employed by the vineyard. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
