HANNIBAL -- A Hannibal man was arrested for allegedly raping a girl under the age of 17.
Police say Bryan A. Elleman, 27, was arrested following an investigation into an incident that occurred during the months of January to April where he allegedly had sex with a girl under 17-years-old.
Elleman was arrested for third degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $3000 cash or $6000 bond.
