FULTON -- An Oswego County man was arrested earlier this week after police say he had inappropriate contact with a young girl.

State Police say that on Tuesday troopers arrested 72-year-old Marshell "Lowell" Foster of Taylor Avenue in Fulton on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Police say Foster had inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old female at an unspecified date.

Police also say that there may be more victims of abuse by Lowell, and they are looking for anyone who may have information on additional cases. Anyone who may have dealt with Foster in the past and suspect that he was inappropriate with a child is asked to contact State Police investigators in Fulton at 315-598-2112.

Lowell was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Volney Town Court on June 11.
