UTICA -- Utica Police have only charged trespassing and criminal mischief, but they say an arrest at the Radisson Hotel Saturday night was bath salts-related.

Police were called to the Radisson Hotel about 8:00 pm for a man locked in the women's bathroom for two hours. When police got in, they found 30-year old David Nichols, from Noyes Street in Utica.  They say he appeared disoriented and had broken the light.

Police found two hypodermic needls and 'bath salts' in his possession.
