SYRACUSE -- There's a major change in traffic patterns coming to the Syracuse University hill.
On Tuesday, construction crews are scheduled to finish turning University Avenue from one-way to two-way traffic.
The change goes from Erie Boulevard to Waverly Avenue.
The conversion is part of the first phase of the Connective Corridor project.
