Utica Police arrested another man under Utica's new ordinance against the possession of synthetic drugs.

Police say that around 4:59pm on Saturday, Utica Police Officer Charles Parkosewich responded to a 911 call at a "Nice n' Easy" store on 501 Court Street. Police say David Case, 41, of Arnold Avenue in Utica, allegedly punched and broke the passenger side mirror of someone else's motor vehicle.

During the arrest, police found synthetic marijuana called "Bazaar" under Case's possession.

Case was charged with 4th degree Criminal Mischief, unlawful possession of synthetic drugs, no driver's license, and 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
