WATERLOO -- A Waterloo man was arrested for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl.
Deputies in Waterloo say they arrested Charles E. Vogan, 36, following an investigation into reported sexual contact between Vogan and a 15-year-old girl.
Deputies say Vogan was recently arrested by State Police in Waterloo for allegedly providing alcohol to minors.
Vogan is charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and remanded to the Seneca County jail on $5,000 cash/$10,000 property bond.
