SYRACUSE -- A serious crash shut down an on-ramp to 81 South Monday morning.
According to police, the accident involved a motorcycle at around 7:45 a.m. on the Old Liverpool Road ramp to Route 81 Southbound.
The ramp was closed for several hours while police investigated what happened.
