SYRACUSE -- Police say two men have been hospitalized after a double shooting in Syracuse.

Several shots were fired Tuesday night outside a home at 233 Furman Street on the city's south side.

Authorities say 30-year-old Sharieff Bradley suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. He's listed in fair condition at a hospital.

Police say 21-year-old Steven Huggins was shot multiple times and underwent emergency surgery to treat a gunshot wound to the chest. He's listed in critical but stable condition.

It's unclear what caused the shootings. Witnesses say it happened near the front steps of the home around 8:40 p.m., and two men were seen running from the area.

No arrests have been made, and police continue to investigate. They say anyone with information on these shootings is asked to call 315-442-5222, and all calls will be kept strictly confidential.
