CLAY -- The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Department says it’s investigating a series of suspicious incidents reported in the Casual Estates Community over the past few weeks.
Deputies say residents have reported suspicious activity outside their homes during the late night and early morning hours including reports of an unidentified man lurking outside windows or running through yards.
Deputies say that several police units and the Sheriff’s Air-1 helicopter have responded to the incidents, but despite extensive searches, all ended with negative results.
Detectives encourage neighbors to report any unusual or suspicious neighborhood activity by dialing 911.
