Dogs out for a stroll with their humans, at Sunday's Four-legged Festival

At Long Branch Park on Sunday, it was hard to tell if the dogs or the people were having more fun.
The CNY SPCA's annual Four-legged Festival offered a stroll, followed by an outdoor open house with pet products, entertainment, and for people, dogs for adoption. It's a fundraiser for the shelter, which has been overfull with strays and unwanted pets this summer.
