MANLIUS -- State Police in North Syracuse say they arrested 46-year-old, Louis H. Markowski, of Manlius, on child porn charges.
Markowski was charged with three counts each of felony promoting a sexual performance by a child and felony sexual performance of a child.
Markowski was arraigned in the Village of Manlius Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Jail in lieu of bail.
