Bradley is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, felony criminal possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor unlawful growing of cannabis.
Bradley was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail with without bail due to previous convictions. He is expected back in court on September 24.
Back in 1995, Bradley was accused of stealing body parts from a cemetery. Then in 2011, he was accused of failing to pay restitution for body stealing, a felony under the Public Health Law.
Police, in 2011, said Bradley used a hammer and crowbar to break into a family mausoleum in an Oswego cemetary where he removed two human skulls from a wooden casket. Police found the skulls at Bradley's home in Black Walnut trailer park.
