GEDDES -- State police have released the name of the second person killed in a crash on I-690 in Geddes early Monday morning.

Troopers say Tuesday that 20-year-old Keisha Gray, formerly of Piqua, Ohio, was the driver of a car that crashed early Monday morning on Interstate 690 in the town of Geddes, just northwest of Syracuse.

Police say a passenger, 21-year-old Ryan Misener of Liverpool, was also killed. A 28-year-old man also riding with Gray is in critical condition at a Syracuse hospital.

Troopers say Gray lost control and spun into a concrete wall before being hit by a vehicle driven by 25-year-old David Grice of Fulton. He's recovering at a hospital.

Authorities say Gray had lived in Syracuse for an unknown period of time but troopers hadn't determined her address.

According to a Facebook page dedicated to Misener, a vigil will be held at the Onondaga Lake Park Butterfly Garden.
