Forecast – Dry and warm, temperatures will drop throughout the week

SYRACUSE -- It will be a dry day Monday with temperatures getting to or near 60 degrees in Central New York, according to meteorologist Peter Hall.

There will be a mix of clouds and sun with a brisk breeze.  The temperature is expected to top out at 60 degrees.  The average for mid-March in Central New York is 41, which puts the area nearly 20 degrees above normal.

Enjoy it because temperatures will drop throughout the rest of the week with a high of under 30 degrees on Thursday.
