Nestle is recalling several of its popular Lean Cuisine frozen chicken meals. The recall includes the 9.5 ounce package of “Lean Cuisine Pesto Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta,” the 10.5 ounce box of “Lean Cuisine Chicken Mediterranean” and the 12.5 ounce package of “Lean Cuisine Chicken Tuscan.”

The meals are being recalled after several people found small pieces of hard plastic in the meals. The company says they have received a report that one person has been injured.
