SYRACUSE -- UPDATE: Sunday 3 pm- Three people have been accused of starting a fire in the City of Syracuse Saturday night.

24-year old Anthony Waldron, 27-year-old Debbie Waldron and 34-year-old Francis Waldron are each charged with Arson in the 3rd  Degree and Reckless Endangerment.

Syracuse Fire Investigators say the three had recently moved out of the house at 203 Rowland Street.

Investigators say a witness saw one of the three go into the building and come out just about 15 minutes before flames broke out.

Evidence from the fire has been sent to a laboratory for examination.

C rews battling a house fire in Syracuse Saturday night had to keep rotating in and out of service as cold temperatures put them at risk. John Daly of the Syracuse Fire Department said the fire at 203 Rowland St. started around 6:20 pm.

When firefighters arrived, several floors were already in flames. Firefighters tried to battle the blaze from inside, but were forced out by the fire and unsafe conditions in the house. From there, it was a matter of rotating firefighters away from the fire to get them dry gear and clothes.

Daly said he did not believe anyone was inside, but firefighters had to limit their search of the house while they got the fire under control.
