WATERTOWN -- State Police in Watertown say they have arrested several people in connection with separate thefts from the Burlington Coat Factory at the Salmon Run Mall.
Daniel Rivers of Watertown was arrested on one count of Petit Larceny for allegedly taking $51.82 worth of merchandise from the store on February 26th. Also charged was Heather Tyre for one count of Criminal Possession of stolen property. Investigators say Tyre was found in possession of the merchandise allegedly taken by Rivers. Both were issued appearance tickets.
In a second incident, State Police have charged Regina Stevens and Robert Sampson with one count of Petit Larceny each. They are suspected of stealing more than $80 worth of merchandise from the Burlington Coat Factory in the Salmon Run Mall, also on February 26th. Stevens was issued an appearance ticket and Sampson was remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building on $1000.00 cash.
In a third incident at the Salmon Run Mall, two teens were charged with Petit Larceny for stealing belts from the Burlington Coat Factory. On of the teens was also charged with stealing a pair of shoes from the Shoe Dept., also in the mall. Both were issued appearance tickets.
