A Syracuse man was shot in the abdomen and the foot early Sunday morning, and now investigators are looking for help in finding the men responsible.   About 3:30 this morning, Albert Sherman came to the gas station at Teall and Erie Boulevard and called police, but the incident apparently happened at 1813 East Fayette Street, where he was visiting a girlfriend when he was confronted by several men in the lobby.  Police say they were told one of the suspects took out a gun and fired several shots at Sherman, who is now hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Police say their descriptions of the suspects are limited at this time due to limited cooperation from the victim, and they welcome any help in the case, at 442-5222.
