VERNON -- Three pit bull puppies found on the side of a road and near death are being nursed back to health.   The puppies were discovered June 4th on a road inside the Quiet Valley Trailer Park in the Oneida County town of Vernon. Oneida County Sheriff's deputies charged Kevin J.
