There's a lot of debate over Eminem's new music video for hit single "I love the way you lie" featuring Rihanna.

The video, which debuted Thursday, depicts an abusive relationship played out by actress Megan Fox and Lost-star Dominic Monaghan

Rihanna has said she was drawn to working with Eminem because of the song's lyrics, saying he shed light on the problem.  She was assaulted back in the 2009 by her former boyfriend Chris Brown.

And the song has meaning for Eminem, too, as the Detroit native has often rapped about the turbulent relationship between him and his ex-wife.

Here in Central New York we've seen a number of domestic disputes.  Just this week outside Rome, a domestic dispute turned into a murder-suicide.
