If you’ve checked out our CNYcentral.com website (as I imagine you have since you’re on it right now), you may have noticed the Facebook icon or logo near my name in the bio and weather stories sections.

Well, guess what? I am indeed on Facebook, but only “sort of”.

As of this writing, (what time is it?), I have yet to get a personal Facebook account. Yes, I am still a social media hold out! But, I do have a business Facebook account for anybody who is a “weather nut”, or shall we say “weather enthusiast”.  I look at this Facebook as a “national and international (Canada) forum about weather”.

Search Precision Weather Service on Facebook and become a fan/like to join in on the weather chatter.

Our CNYcentral meteorologist team of Peter Hall, Mike Brookins, Matt Stevens and myself help keep this weather Facebook updated, along with a few other meteorologists who work for me.

We have regular features like: Weekend Wrap Up on Mondays, Worst Weather Wednesdays and Amazing Video Fridays. Be sure to check out the amazing videos that have already been posted! They are something to see!

And if you have some cRaZy weather you want to tell everyone about or comment on, by all means, do so. Be sure to post it on our “Wall” and any photos of the weather would be terrific.
