ROMULUS, SENECA CO. -- A Romulus man is accused of attacking a woman in a domestic dispute.

Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say Frederick Norris Jr., 25, of 5766 State Route 96, damaged a cell phone, punched a hole in a wall, then slit four tires with a knife. But, they say, he didn't stop there. Investigators say Norris then started hitting a woman on the back of her head while she was trying to protect two children. And, they say, he then started choking her before he was pulled off by another person.

Norris was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court. He is scheduled to re-appear in court on February 25th.

An order of protection was issued for the three victims.
