Syracuse superintendent talks budget on Today in CNY

SYRACUSE -- Syracuse's school board will vote this evening on a proposed school budget that will eliminate 500 jobs in the district. Superintendent Dan Lowengard stopped by Today in Central New York this morning to talk to Megan Coleman about the budget, the layoffs, and an effort to freeze salaries.
