CICERO -- Cicero police are investigating a suspicious incident. It happened Monday in the area of Button Road.

Police say a man was backing out of his driveway between noon and 1:30 p.m. when he saw four to five teenage boys, between the ages of 12 and 15-year-old across the street. He says they were trying to jam something into a bottle. They left the bottle on the side of the road and took off.

When the man went to see what it was, he found a Pepsi 2-liter soda bottle full of a liquid. The man says he also found small round balls inside the bottle, which looked like aluminum foil. The man's roommate says he also saw the teens throw something on the side of the road. He later found a Lysol bottle in the ditch. They think the teens were trying to make a bottle bomb.

The teens were apparently dressed in dark clothing, possibly hooded sweatshirts. If you see any suspicious items or have any information, call Cicero Police.
