SYRACUSE -- We just spoke with Syracuse Police who say they've arrested a man accused of having sexual contact with a minor.

Police say Theodore Tyler, 38, of Winton Street is facing charges of a criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say he had sexual contact with a girl younger than 12-years-old for an unknown length of time.

At 4pm, they were still booking Tyler and completing paperwork.
